The Farm
Nestled on more than 230 acres in Bourbon County, Kentucky, Clearbrook Farm offers a quiet, safe environment for top level thoroughbred horses.
Since 1938, Clearbrook Farm has been owned and managed by the Anderson Family. Today, 3rd generation Bill Anderson II oversees the daily operations. Clearbrook is nestled in the rolling hills of southwestern Bourbon County, situated conveniently between Paris and Lexington. Spread over 235 acres of quality pastures and paddocks, Clearbrook is home to more than 70 head of thoroughbred horses. The farm features new fence, five barns and a shed, ensuring a safe, quiet environment for all of our resident horses. The pastures feature thick stands of pasture, along with both city and mineral rich well water, aiding in the fortitude of our horses.
